March 7, 2008 At 2 p.m., snow started flying - a rare Delta occurence - last time was 8 years ago! Electrical work is humming along and the sheetrock is going up. |

It's another beautiful, sunny day, and the siding is close to finished. The air conditioning system is coming along despite a shipping mishap. The big pile of sheetrock was moved into the house by hand from the quonset hut that's 1 block away. Good job! |

House 27 survived the storm! The windows are installed. The hardy Care-A-Vanners are installing siding in the wind & cold rain. The lucky ones are working on the inside! |

| March 3, 2008 Severe weather was forecast for the afternoon. A friendly competition between the Care-A-Vanners & a Mennonite roofer resulted in the roof getting completed before lunch! The storms arrived at 3 p.m. |
