McGee And Third Streets and Collier Alley Property Purchase
There were several "shacks" which needed to be torn down and then
a new survey prepared of the property to plot out 12 new house sites.

Construction is complete for Houses #22 through #29 on this property.
House #30 is nearing completion and we
are preparing the site for House #31.
